EP0017 Connect with Mother Earth at times of trouble to find peace.

How are we all doing? As I sit here in Los Angeles, CA amongst all of the civil unrest I have had time to process the various emotions and feelings about the whole thing. As we lend ourselves to compassion we can gain wisdom as to what someone else may be going through. Understanding where Rage comes from and why it is there is what is needed from all of us. In this episode, I want to shed some light on what kind of healing needs to take place in America right now. And how true healing begins. You can't heal what you can't see. And rage is a step to seeing what needs to be healed. But as we deepen our connection to Mother Earth she can get us through times of trouble and sorrow. Louis Armstrong knew this. His song "What a Wonderful World" reminds us how beautiful this world is and when we stop to take the time to look it can calm our minds and hearts. Let's all do our part to heal what needs to be healed. Because we can see it, we can now all heal it.

The song at the end is called "You and I can Be One" (Release date TBD)
